The pasta was originally known as Manfredine but was however renamed as Mafaldine (also known as Reginette) – “Little queens”, in the honour of Princess of Malfada of Savoy. Origin from Naples, Campania.
Freshly made in Hong Kong with eggs and 00 flour. Best enjoyed immediately, or Store below 4C for up to 5 days, and up to 3 months under -18C.
